Update: It is my deepest sorrows that Kiss-Kiss-Write-Write is only going to be open to the public until summer. I just have too much on my hands, and I can't handle having to manage this site AND managing other extracurriculars and other blogs. I'm really sorry. It was fun while it lasted. :/

And this is not a joke! :) TAYLOR from Chalk, a new affiliation site (Some of you may know her from Infamy), has joined the ranks of the almighty Kiss Kiss Write Write forces. Loves and kisses. I don't know if I can call her Tay-Tay yet, but... :) Looking forward to making some of my own contributions to that site! CHECK! IT! OUT! :)

Everyone knows the unwritten rule: You don't like you best friend's boyfriend.
Sarah has had a crush on Ryan for years. He's easy to talk to, supersmart, and totally gets her. Lately it even seems like he's paying extra attention to her. Everything would be perfect except for two things: Ryan is Brianna's boyfriend, and Brianna is Sarah's best friend.
Sarah forces herself to avoid Ryan and tries to convince herself not to like him. She feels so guilty for wanting him, and the last thing she wants is to hurt her best friend. But when she's thrown together with Ryan one night, something happens. It's wonderful...and awful.
Sarah is torn apart by guilt, but what she feels is nothing short of addiction, and she can't stop herself from wanting more...
Sounds potentially addicting, no? Yes. Definitely. I've read "Perfect You" by her and in fact own that book. She has a style very similar to Sarah Dessen, but more quirky and tongue-in-cheek and quite witty as well. I love her to death.
So you heard me! Go out and support this wonderful woman who provides much of my personal literary entertainment!

Update: New affie: TAYLOR from INFAMY. It's a writer's index of people who she thinks deserve the title of "writer". Most of them are accounts on a writing site called Mibba, sort of like your more sophisticated Quizilla or more decorated/colorful Fictionpress (it's similar to Quizilla in that they let you have a decorated profile/chapters and everything). I LURVE YOU, TAY-TAY! (Still need to obtain permission to actually call her that. XD)

Update: Yes, I'm still alive. And I finally got these wonderful ladies whom I admire very much, the ladies from RAINY DAYS & COLDPLAY, as official KKWW affiliates.
Now, for the foreseeable future, I'm not so sure when I'll be able to get up a new update (meaning a new writing tip article), but hopefully I'll be able to sit down soon and write up some things. Pretty much all my weekends are taken up now, what with Church stuff all throughout Sundays, swim meets on Saturdays, resting early on Fridays, etc. etc. But I can't and I won't abandon you peoples. <3

Update: Ooh, the girls just keep coming. IRIS is my second affiliate, and I'm damn well proud of it! Welcome to the family, darling. You can be my second daughter. ;)
Also, I added a few sections in "Writing Resources". There's a bazillion new writing sites, I've added a section for "Writing Magazines and E-Zines" as well as a "Writing Articles" section where I post my favorite writing-related articles around the web. I'm thinking of posting some Author Interviews as well that I found on Writer's Digest. Be happy. Be very happy.

Update: So I changed the layout- I like this one. It’s nice, and light, and I think I’ll keep it for, like 3 or 4 months. I’m not one for constant layout changes- they’re a bit of a hassle.
Be patient with me. I’m going to write up a few more articles on writing when I’ve got the time- maybe 3-5 articles before school. Good books and Resources are always easy to edit, so you can always look back on that stuff. Thanks for the great feedback in the CBox, you all are SO AMAZING. :]
